After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as carrier systems may take time to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to multiple destinations worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect information.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. The final shipping cost (if applicable for special destinations) will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at oraviasusa@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at oraviasusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
